Block Construction:
Trim each block to an exact 8 ½” x 8 ½”

Inner Border:
2 @ 2 ½” x 48 ½” - attach to the top & bottom
2 @ 2 ½” x 52 ½” - attach to the sides

Outer Border:
2 @ 6” x 52 ½” - attach to the top & bottom
